enCourage Kids Volunteers play an invaluable role in bringing our fundraising events to life and creating enjoyable experiences for our guests. Whether greeting attendees, assisting with registration, raffle sales or silent auctions, or helping with event set-up, our volunteers are vital to our mission. You can leave a lasting impression that inspires future support and deepens our impact. Join an event committee or sign up to help on the day of an event. Volunteers must be at least 18 years old.

The Young Professionals Board (YPB) is a dynamic group of emerging leaders who serve as ambassadors for our mission—championing hospitalized children through fundraising, promotion, networking, volunteering, and general advocacy.

Joining the enCourage Kids YPB isn’t just volunteering. It’s becoming part of something bigger than yourself. It’s building a legacy of compassion, leadership, and impact—one child, one hospital, one moment at a time.

As a YPB member, you’ll play a hands-on role in supporting hospitalized children through fundraising, volunteering, and amplifying awareness for our mission. You’ll also gain access to a vibrant network of like-minded peers, leadership opportunities, and unique events that blend purpose with connection.

Office Volunteers play a vital behind-the-scenes role in driving enCourage Kids’ mission forward. From helping to plan and prepare for fundraising events to performing essential donor research, updating our databases, and managing supplies, Office Volunteers help keep operations organized and efficient, freeing up staff time, strengthening donor relationships, and ensuring our programs run smoothly. Volunteers must be at least 18 years old.
